Everyone wants to get some kind of idea of what the prices are for the good or service they're looking for. On a lot of handyman pages you won't find any pricing. We pride ourselves in being different and like to keep things as simple and straight forward as possible. So here's some details for you.
How it Works
The prices you will see below are based one a ONE PERSON JOB. Most things around your house can be handled by one person. However should your project scope be larger or require more than one person we will inform you in advance, as well as the associated cost changes. We know some people want an estimate, and some people don't care and just want their problem fixed quickly for a reasonable price. We can give you an estimate of how many hours a job will take and the associated materials beforehand if you would like. If you have simple things that you just want done and aren't worried about an estimate, no problem, we'll come out and get all projects done in a timely and professional manner.
Prices
$100 Service Call
We all know gas isn't getting cheaper, traffic isn't getting better, and mechanics aren't cheap. We drive trucks to lug around all these tools. It's a $100 dollar charge for us to come to your house. This counts as your first hour. We require that you provide us details BEFORE we come. That way we don't waste each others time and money.
$75 an hour
This is the hourly rate we charge if the job is longer than an hour. We can give you estimates of approximate time jobs will take when you provide us details.
Materials
Any materials used specifically for your job including consumables, parts, pieces, hardware etc.. will be part of your bill. We will never charge you for any tools we purchase or need for your job or anything that we purchase that is not directly used on your job.
